Galsworthy mentioned to me that you would like to have copies of the Ordinances, Regulations, etc., relating to the registration of China comanies. have just received from Hong Kong a copy of Ordinance 0.29 which provides for registration of Acomanies in Rong Hong which transferred their

registration to this country during the ar. Unfortunately, the only two spare copics that have -been received in the Colonial Office have been

forwarded to the Board of úrade and to the Foreign office, but copies are available in our Library for inspection, and I will arrange to send you a copy when spares are received from Hong Kong. At the same time, long Fong scnt as copies of Article 4A and 42 which have been added to the Military Proclamation "o.27 and rideh desl with the transfor of a Chine company's reg: sled office to such place ag is provided for in the Memorandum of Association, and to the transfer to long Fang of a China company which had been registercd in this country during the ar. I enclose a copy of the recent Order which includes the above two Articles.
